1. Membership Purchases

All purchases made on Tamil Nadu Pillai Mār Matrimony are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.

2. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails or is accidentally duplicated, we will process a refund after verifying the issue with Razorpay.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of interest/match from other users
• Failure to utilize services within the validity period

4. Refund Process Time

Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days via Razorpay.
